Charl studied accounting at NMMU and completed his MBA in 2011.

Bernhard Lüttich completed his B.Com Financial Management degree at the University of Pretoria before returning to Port Elizabeth to join the Compsol Group in 2012.
He completed his MBA degree at the University of Stellenbosch Business School in 2016, returning to the Group as GM of Medsol in 2017.
